Welcome to the Yogic Pathway to Peaceful Living

The Yogic Pathway to Peaceful Living is an introductory exploration of yoga philosophy and combines what I love most about yoga and life coaching. There will be zero poses, but I promise you will still be challenged. In this unique, self-paced program you can expect to come into a deeper relationship with yourself, to confront what in your life you may need to let go of, to step into a deeper place of empathy for others, and to simply live a more peaceful existence.

We will do this through our exploration of the Yamas (restraints) & the Niyamas (observances) laid out for us in the Yoga Sutras. With each topic, there is a 6-10 minute introductory video, a 4 page workbook (including affirmations, personal reflection questions, and suggested at-home practices), and a coinciding meditation. Take advantage of all of the materials, take your time absorbing this information and be patient with yourself. After all, there is no rush – you are embarking on a life-long journey toward peaceful living.
